Hacking Solutions

Conventional and effective method for resolving water leakage issues. This involves treatment and prevention such as removal of previous protective ​materials and reapplication of new waterproofing materials.

Conditions before we repaired:

  • 6 * 3″ Drain outlet for a +-900ft2 Balcony.
  • Extra thick waterproofing membranes as double protection.
  • Concrete topping with high slope to reduce retention of surface water.
  • Fiber (FRP) application on slope surface concrete.
  • All these waterproofing protection last only +-6 months. 
  • We are the 5th waterproofing contractor to do the repairs.

Conditions before we repaired:

  • +-11″ thick of cement screed which consists of 4 times cement screed topping.
  • Awning installation to cover whole Balcony.
  • Re-install incoming water pressure pipe externally.
  • Existing Drain pipe to Balcony was redirect to by pass Balcony.
  • More than 5 contractors repaired before us.

Surface Coating Waterproofing

A non-hacking method applied to existing floors/walls for treating water leakages. An easy to maintain effective way to prevent ingression of water, designed to minimize impact upon existing structure.

Leaking Spot Treatment (Non-hacking)

Also known as PU Grouting, or PU Injection. * 13 mm width holes are drilled at the area where water leakages occur for the purpose of installing packers (points) along the way with a diameter of +-6″ to each other. These serve as a medium (wall plug)for the pressure pump to be directed at the area where water leakage occurs. Then, the expanding chemical is forced into the leakage area and made to travel to its source with a very high pressure pump. Within an hour, chemical reaction occurs resulting in an expansion rate of 40 – 50 times to completely block and seal the water passage.

For preventing musty smells, efflorescence and mold growth on the wall with special coating treatment applied on the affected area.
